WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are seeking an SDR Manager to help maintain Qualia's rapid growth and fuel our continued success. The SDR Manager is a critical role in our sales organization with an opportunity to directly impact our revenue growth by building a high-performing team responsible for generating qualified leads and building pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll recruit, onboard, train, and continuously coach a team of SDRs, fostering their professional development and career growth. You will develop, implement, and optimize outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality meetings and pipeline. The SDR Manager will also continuously analyze and refine SDR processes, playbooks, and cadences to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion rates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously coach a team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor individual and team performance.
  • Foster a positive, people-first, high-energy, and collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment on campaigns, data management, and talent development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, implement programs, and ensure predictable results.
  • Analyze and refine SDR processes, playbooks, and cadences.

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a Sales Development or Business Development team in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a sales development team.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies, sales cadences, and lead qualification processes.
  • Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong Engage).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and team development.
  • Experience in a mid-stage startup (Optional).
  • Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week is required
