What You’ll Do:

Promote & Serve
As a frontline ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting our full range of deposit and loan products. You’ll assist members with everyday transactions, provide expert support, and help guide them toward the best financial solutions.

Provide Outstanding Member Support
You’ll be the first point of contact for member questions, concerns, and account needs—via phone, email, and in person. Your goal: to ensure every interaction is helpful, professional, and leaves a lasting impression.

Build Relationships
From opening new accounts to educating members about our services, you'll create strong, lasting relationships. You’ll be a trusted resource members can count on.

Execute with Excellence
You’ll perform all functions with accuracy, compliance, and care—ensuring our members' needs are met while following established policies and regulations.

Qualifications



What We’re Looking For:

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience : 6 months to 2 years in a similar customer service, teller, or banking role.

  • Knowledge : Familiarity with financial products, Credit Union operations, and teller procedures is a plus.

  • Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation:  $22.50-24.50/hr + AGGRESSIVE monthly incentives
