Office Manager with Previous Experience
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and knows their way around the trades. If you’ve got a knack for keeping things organized, dispatching field teams, and running a smooth, efficient office—we want to meet you!
This role is perfect for someone who’s worked in a plumbing, HVAC, solar, roofing, water treatment, electrical, or other skilled trade office setting and is ready to bring their talents to a team that values efficiency, great customer service, and a little fun along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the day-to-day flow of a busy service office
Scheduling and dispatching technicians (bonus points if you can do it with a smile!)
Handling customer calls and making sure every interaction is smooth and professional
Keeping jobs organized and on track using field service software (we love ServiceTitan, but if you’ve used something similar, that works too!)
Coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and helping the team stay ahead of the game
Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as an office manager or dispatcher in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, solar, roofing, electrical, water treatment, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A natural multitasker who doesn’t get rattled when it gets busy
Experience with field service software (ServiceTitan is a plus)
Someone who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay:
$24–$30/hr, based on your experience and what you bring to the table
