Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, and/or outpatient
Experience in geriatrics
