5-month contract to hire Rate: $23/hour Address: 3201 East Elwood Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85034, United States Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Training: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Description: The Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist is an entry-level customer service role within a call center environment, supporting our Consumer Direct Lending team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, guiding them through the loan origination process following their initial licensed discussion with a loan officer. Qualifications: + At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry, and experience in call center operations + Strong attention to quality and detail + Willingness to work full-time on-site + Professional demeanor and communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
