We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-traffic wine and spirits store in North Miami Beach . This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with a background in liquor retail, hospitality, or bar management. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow with the business and step into a General Manager role as the company expands.
Manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising strategies
Train, lead, and schedule team members to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure full compliance with local and state liquor regulations
Drive sales, maintain visual standards, and uphold store cleanliness and organization
Support business growth by preparing for potential expansion and multi-location oversight
2–5 years of experience in liquor store management, bar supervision, or hospitality leadership
Strong customer service, communication, and team management skills
Working knowledge of liquor laws and retail operations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ambition to advance into a higher leadership position within the organization
