Overview
As a member of the Office of General Counsel (OGC), the Legal Project Manager, Legal Operations, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and business processes. This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closure of legal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. The core responsibility is to collaborate with the OGC’s senior leadership and the Legal Operations team to develop and implement best practices for planning, performing, monitoring, and managing legal matters within a consistent framework, ensuring efficiency and quality deliverables.
Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Operations, the Legal Project Manager collaborates closely with executives, members of the OGC, and business partners in Innovations, Finance, Business Initiatives and Alliances, Strategic Planning, and other colleagues across the Institute.
